1. About Us
A&N Health Technologies LLC develops Stay Ready, a health and wellness application designed to help individuals understand their sleep, fatigue, physical activity, and recovery.
We respect user privacy and aim to make our data practices transparent and understandable.
2. Information Processed by Stay Ready
Depending on the features used, Stay Ready processes information such as:
Personal profile information and preferences.
Sleep and work-session information.
Fatigue and muscle soreness check-ins.
Workout, fasting, nutrition, and activity information.
Recovery histories, scores, and adaptive baseline measurements.
3. Apple Health and Wearable Information
With permission, the iOS version of Stay Ready can access relevant Apple Health information, including sleep sessions and stages, heart rate, heart rate variability, and step counts.
Some information may originate from connected wearable devices.
Users can manage or revoke Apple Health permissions through their device settings. Stay Ready also supports manual information entry without requiring a wearable.
4. How Information Is Used
Stay Ready uses available information to calculate estimated recovery scores, provide general wellness guidance, and display relevant histories and insights.
Recovery scores and recommendations are estimates. They are not medical diagnoses or determinations of fitness for safety-sensitive work.
5. Data Storage and Sharing
The current Stay Ready beta uses an on-device SQLite database for application histories and adaptive records. Recovery calculations are performed locally.
Some beta profile information is currently maintained in application memory.
Stay Ready does not currently provide an A&N Health Technologies cloud account or health-record synchronization service.
We do not sell users' health information or use Apple Health information for advertising or marketing.
Apple, wearable providers, operating-system services, and other third-party platforms may process information according to their own privacy policies.
6. Diagnostic Exports
Users may choose to export diagnostic information from Stay Ready.
These files can contain sensitive health, activity, profile, work, and recovery information.
Diagnostics are not automatically submitted to A&N Health Technologies through the export feature. Users control whether and with whom they share exported files.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Stay Ready includes a Delete My Data option in its Data and Privacy settings.
The current deletion process is designed to remove locally stored histories, session records, recovery diagnostics, and adaptive learning information after active sessions have ended.
Deleting Stay Ready data does not remove information independently stored in Apple Health, previously shared diagnostic files, or device backups.
Users may contact us for assistance with privacy or deletion questions.
8. Website Information and Cookies
Our website is hosted by Squarespace.
When visitors access the website, Squarespace may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, pages visited, and website interaction information.
Squarespace may use cookies and similar technologies for website functionality, security, and other purposes according to applicable settings.

9. Support Communications
When users contact A&N Health Technologies, we receive the information they choose to provide, such as their email address, questions, and any attachments.
Support correspondence may be retained as necessary to respond to requests and for legitimate business or legal purposes. Users may contact us regarding deletion requests.
Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive health information in support messages.
10. Security
Stay Ready relies on device and operating-system protections for locally stored information.
No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
11. Children
Stay Ready is not directed toward children under 13 and is not intended to provide medical guidance to minors.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our products, features, or data practices change. Updated versions will display a revised effective date.
